Introduction
Online Complaint Management System provides solution for users to get in touch with
government employees and complete work and raise complaints with their issues through web portal. In
India, we don’t have any direct communication between the government and public in an efficient way
for solving the problems. we are going to develop an application which will be able to provide the
complete information to the public at any point of time regarding the problems they are facing currently
and what is the impact of it and then how effectively the funds are utilized for the development purpose
can be known by public which also includes the online discussion forums and feedback forms which
will help them to communicate well with the government. The public can be registered online and
resolved by the different levels of officers. Also flexibility is provided to the public can easily resolve
their issues by communicating with officer over internet. Our application acts as a bridge between
public and government in which public directly register their complaint to government via internet.
 
Abstract

• Online Complaint Management System provides solution for users to get in touch


with government employees and complete work and raise complaints with their issues
through web portal.
• We are going to develop a system which will be able to provide the complete
information to the public at any point of time regarding the problems they are facing
currently
• The public can be registered online and resolved by the different levels of officers.
• Our application acts as a bridge between public and government in which public
directly register their complaint to government via internet.
Existing System
• In the existing system the people must go to the office
for any kind of help.

• The users can post their problems but cannot get the
details of the problems and some other services.

• This system doesn’t have much popularity and is not


user friendly.

• Need to maintain all the reports.


Proposed System
•Online Complaint Management System provides an
online way of solving the problems faced by the public by
saving time and eradicate corruption, and The ability of
providing many of the reports on the system, and add to
Facilitate the process of submitting a complaint.

•Public Modules:

Public can create they own account; they can login to upload the complaints
by the images or files. Public has any complaints and queries will be update on
the walls. Those complaints are viewed to regional Officer. This issue can be well
assurance to fix the problem by the officers.
• Admin Modules:

 Admin can create to register n number of officer’s account. Then admin


can be easily maintain. And avoid the authenticating fake officer. For can makes
the regional officers to look into each and every issue to provide the officer to
well assurance to fix the problem by them.

• Officer Modules:

Officer can create they own account with the mail, which is register by
admin. An officer can login to upload view the complaints with posted by the
public. This makes the officers to look into each and every issue which was
posted by the public. These issue can be well organized the issue which has
been sorted out are listed to the public to give an assurance to fix the problem.
REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATION
Software Requirements:
• Operating System : Windows XP or Higher
• Languages used : Java (JSP, Servlet), HTML
• Tools : JDK 1.7, Net Beans 7.0.1, SQL yog
• Backend : MySQL

Hardware Requirements:
• Processor : Pentium Dual Core 2.3 GHz
• Hard Disk : 250 GB or Higher
• Ram : 1 GB

• Our application acts as a bridge between public and government
