About Us
• Jethani and Associates was established in the year 2002 by CA
Umesh Kumar Jethani who is a managing partner of the Firm.
Since then, the firm has catered to the various kinds of clients
in almost each and every sector, the details of the clients are
detailed below. Our Firm provides services relating to Project
Financing, NPA Refinancing, One Time Settlement, FCRA
Registration, SOP preparation, Statutory Audits and
Compliance, Government Audits, Audits of World Bank aided

About Our Team

• Our Firm has got a well-balanced team, it consists of 3
Chartered Accountants as Partners, 1 Chartered Accountant as
an Employee, 3 Accountants, 2 Audit Staff, 1 Retired Bank
Officer, 1 Retired A.G. Auditor and 1 Support Staff. Also, we
have collaborations with no. of Chartered Accountants all over
the country, therefore, we are able to deliver our professional
services through out the country and now even we have tied up
with Chartered Accountants working in the UAE as well.
