• - Controls and taxes territory.


• - Laws are obeyed.
• - Provides general welfare and security.
• - Exists only minor corruption.
WEAK
• - Crime has penetrated politics.
• - Government is weak in fighting lawlessness, coruption and
poverty.
• - Justice is bought and elections are rigged.
• - Governmental revenues go to private pockets.
FAILED

• - National government doesn't exist.


• - State is ruled by wrlord, private army and militias.
• - “ Gun” is the law.
• - Education and health standards decline.

- Community of people
formed on the basis of a
combination of shared
features such as language,
history, ethnicity, culture
and/or territory.
GLOBALIZATION
• - Globalization, or
globalisation, is the
process of interaction and
integration among people,
companies, and
governments worldwide.
