Answer: 22.51% of the total sales came from Coffee in the small market size in the year 2013.

Method
• Created a pivot table with a row for Area Code and values for Sum of Sales and Sum of Profits.
• A "Calculated Field" is added with the formula: AND ('Profit' <1000 , 'Sales' > 15000). This Returns the value 1 for all the Area codes that satisfies the
condition. 
• The Pivot is then sorted in descending order of Total Sales.
• The 5 Area codes with Sales > $15,000 was plotted with Area Code '505' highlighted as the profit for it is less than $1,000

• Created a pivot table with a row for Area Code and values for Sum of Sales and Sum of Profits.
• A "Calculated Field" is added with the formula: 'COGS'/'Budgeted COGS'. This was represented as a percentage. Higher the Value worse is the  performance.
• The Pivot is then sorted in descending order of Total Sales.

Answer: 23

• Created a pivot table with a row for Area Code and
values for Sum of Sales and Sum of Profits.
• A "Calculated Field" is added with the formula:
AND('Marketing' > 0, 'Profit' < 0). This returns 1 for all
the area codes whose sumtotal of marketing spend is
positive and sumtotal of profit is less than or equal to
zero. 
• The Pivot is then sorted in descending order of Total
marketing spend to represent in the chart.

Q7: Which State has %Profit Ratio that is consistently between 40% to 75% across all
the Months of all the Years?
Answer: As per the data, there are no such states which has consistently shown a profit ratio between
Row Labels Massachusetts
40% & 75%. However, Massachusettes was the closest as in August 2013, the profit ratio exceeded the 2012
range to 75.28%. If, we choose to round off the figure to nearest integer, then the answer to the given Jan 41.49%

Answer: 44 area codes feature in the Top 100 list by Sales and Bottom 100 list by Profit.

Method
• The Area Codes area Ranked by the total Sales and
total Profits.
• The ranks were conditionally formatted with Rank
1 being the largest (green) and rank 156 the smallest
(red) 
• The Top 100 area codes were filtered by sales. 
• Then the Area codes which had Rank between 57 and
156 were filtered.
• The remaining list contained 44 such area codes.
