on your mental functioning. Lack of
emotional health causes physical and
mental illnesses.
• If there are things that you can do to stay
physically healthy, there are also things
that you can do to stay mentally and
emotionally healthy.

HEALTH:
• Have self-confidence.
• Take care of yourself.
• Learn how to manage stress.
• Have fun.
• Give something of yourself.
• Find peace.
• Ask for help when you need it.
TO NURTURE YOUR EMOTIONAL
HEALTH:
• Focus on the positive.
• Foster your creativity.
• Express your emotions.
• Be sociable.
• Do not be too emotional.

RELATIONSHIPS
• Having a healthy relationship means you
and your partner feel supported and
connected and yet still feel independent.
Your relationship should bring more
happiness into your lives.
• But it becomes unhealthy when it takes
you or your partner feel uncomfortable, sad
and afraid leading to problems.

RELATIONSHIP:
• You have mutual respect.
• Being supported to do the things that you enjoy.
• You both still have separate identities.
• Listen to each other and compromise.
• Has mutual honesty.
• There is fairness and equality.
• Both of you are free to spend time with
families and other friends.
• Sharing thoughts and feelings.
• With a sense of fondness towards each

• Relationships are not just about who you are
getting along with. They include your
interactions with the people you encounter
everyday whether it will be good or bad. These
