lectures by their fellow student or
their Peer Tutors. This page was
introduced during the SHS
Orientation for 2 semester. As of
nd

group page.

concentrate on the said subjects.

From the data gathered, the

Guidance Office had a video
conference last April 17, 2021
with the Peer Tutors on voluntary
basis. Both Grade 12 students,
Alberto L. Morado, Jr. and
Norhaina S. Haron accepted the
challenge of being Peer Tutors in

Sagip-Aral-SARDO Survey

The Guidance Office conducted a survey for Students At Risk

of Dropping-Out (SARDO) for the 2nd semester, S.Y. 2020-
2021 last April 30, 2021. This survey will provide the office
information and data needed to reach out to learners who are
at risk of failing and dropping-out.

The survey is to be filled-out by the advisers of the concerned

students of data such as name of student, grade level and
section, contact number, address, and the following
questions: when was the last time the student responded?;
what intervention did the adviser implement?; what are the
possible reasons for not responding?; and how can the
guidance office help?

There are 10 advisers who sought the help of the Guidance

office to follow-up interventions for the students not to fail
classes and drop the school year. The Guidance teachers set
appointments with the students concerned by sending private
Facebook messages, texting, calling and video conferencing.
Every Monday, Ms. Nastasia Besin is conducting conference
with parents/guardians and student concerned as well as Mr.
Jhunking Flores every Tuesday.

As of June 7, 2021, 100% of the students in SARDO survey

received private Facebook messages, texting, calling and
video conferencing. Out of 44 students, 23 female and 21
male, there are 10 females and 8 males responded and
attended conference with Guidance teachers.
