 TASK PERFORMED DURING THE INTERNSHIP:

 A thorough study of IS codes and tests on concrete.

 Manual Analysis and Design of Structural Elements.
 Observation of bar bending process and methods of laying form work.
 Study of Architectural Drawing.
 Drafting and Study of Structural Detailing Drawing.
 Observation of procedure of VDF flooring.
 Quantity calculation and Estimation.
 Checking of reinforcement layout as per structural detailing plan.

VDF FLOORING.
 A System for laying high quality concrete floors with superior
cost-effectiveness.
 The key to use of this method is the dewatering of concrete by
vacuum process.
 Surplus water from the concrete is removed immediately after
placing and vibration, reducing the water cement ratio to an
optimum level.
PROCEDURE OF VDF:
 CONCLUSION.
On the whole, I have gained new knowledge, skills and met many new people. After completing my Internship
training, I had better understanding of team work. This helped me to sharpen my skills.

This Internship helped me to understand the work ethics , communication and sharing ideas and also help to
build a good communication skills with workers and team mates.

This program helps to develop ideas and skills in the application of theory to practice work situation .It build
strength , teamwork spirit and self confidence.
