step mother tried to convince her husband to leave
the children in the forest. They didn’t know that
Hansel heard their conversation.

Forest In the morning, the stepmother took them to the

forest and left them there, but fortunately, on the way
to the forest, Hansel kept dropping stones on the
ground. In the night, they used those stones and
finally they can get back home.
Complication House A few days later, the stepmother again tricks the
children. She asked them to have a picnic in the
forest, and she locked their room at night, and so
Hansel couldn’t pick up any stones.
Forest Next morning, on their way to the forest, Hansel
crumbled his bread and left a trail of crumbs instead.
But unfortunately, the birds and wild animals had
eaten up all the crumbs. Gretel was very sad that
they couldn’t go home. They walked into the forest
until they found a house made of chocolate bread
and candy.
Evil witch’s house An old woman came out of the house. She told
Hansel and Gretel to enter her house. Turned out
she was a witch who liked to eat children. The witch
locked up and continuosly fed Hansel and also hired
Gretel.
One week passed and the witch couldn’t wait to eat
Hansel. She told Gretel to heat the oven, but Gretel
pretended not to know how to open the oven.
Resolution Evil witch’s house But when the witch opened the oven to teach Gretel,
she pushed the witch away and close the oven. The
witch was finally gone.
The cage Gretel went to the cage where Hansel was locked in
then she set him free.
Evil witch’s room While running out of the house, they saw wooden
chests all over in the witch's room that were filled
with gems and gold. The children fill their pockets
with as many gems as possible and left the house.

House After a long walk, they could finally see their father at
the porch looking miserable because his wife had
died. Their father was very happy. They told their
father about the evil witch and how they got her
treasure.

Coda The village For many years to come, Hansel and Gretel lived
very happily with their father in the village.
