1. The unfulfilling capacity of the educational system in promoting the holistic development of students
(particularly in secondary education).
2. Teachers' lack of skills in using technology for online classes.
3. Online class is an ineffective way of teaching.
 DESIGN THINKING
How might we improve the quality of our education system in
order to promote a more holistic development of students?
How might we help teachers who are lack of skills in using
technology for online classes?
How might we make this online class an effective way of teaching?
SOLUTIONS PROPOSAL
Those in higher authority in the educational sector must formulate
creative approaches in inculcating learning among students.
Teachers must undergo developmental trainings for them to
understand more the multiple intelligences of their students.
Through this, they will be able to better teach in a way that suits
the learning capacity of their learners.
The school must conduct webinar to all teachers that will help
them improve their skills in operating gadgets and other
technologies for online learning.
Encourage them to view tutorials on Youtube and never hesitate to
ask questions from people who have knowledge and expertise in
technology.
Giving students a week or more for the deadline of projects and
activities. Everything shouldn't be rushed in online class.
Schools should conduct a webinar to all teachers about the proper
handling of students in online class and being understanding and
considerate to different situation of students.
