In the early part of video it has been mentioned that Oprah winfrey is
happy with the job of reporting but actually she doesn’t want to
continue that reporting job. Oprah has discovered that to get satisfied
with the job one should follow its inner instinct. One should what should
be suitable for him to continue. A individual should be capable enough to
decide his moves to get into the desired place in his life and to remain
motivated. As per Oprah, the definition of luck is preparation meeting
the moments of opportunity. Oprah believes that one has to take on
difficulties and challenges in life and must focus on how they can convert
it into the opportunity to grow. If one feel that there is wage
discrimination then one should stand for himself in front of management
to fight for same wage by arguing and convincing them. Before initiating
its career one should must be able to visualise its career.
Oprah believes that one should has to keep first himself to get things
done for the world. One should develop himself to develop the
environment around him. One should focus on its intention because
intention propels the action and remained focussed to objective and the
target one want to reach in life. She believes everything that one do will
return back to him in a phased manner.

The successful leaders should believe in themselves and they should

remain centred to their intentions. A leader should remained focussed
and dedicated towards its objective and he should must be fuelled by
his intentions he wanted to achieve. Oprah believes that the
stakeholders are extremely important for business and individual and a
successful person should invest in stakeholders. To be successful one
should learn to listen and learn from the listening.
To be successful one should make its own boundaries and to be
successful in life and as person one should have purpose and should be
fuelled with intuition to fulfil the purpose. One should learn from its
failures because failures teaches one the lesson of life and motivate him
to move onwards. So, one should not get feared of failures but one
should be remain ready to learn from its failures and he should be ready
to next right move.
