INTRODUCTIO
N
RATIONALE

Behavior of an employee in a bank is an
important key for them to effectively do their
performance. It is a factor that may affect how they
work and coordinate with their work and their co-
employees. It is what sets in the mood of an
employee throughout the day or so on. With this, it
identifies how employee would act with them.
Statement of the problem

This research aims to assess the Perspective Analysis of
Immersed Student about Employee’s Working
Behavior in Public and Private Banks. Specifically, this
paper aimed to address the following research questions:
1. What could be the possible behavior of employees
inside the bank?
2. How could these behaviors affect the working
performance inside the bank?
3. How can these behaviors influence the relationship
among co-employees?
Strong argument

The research has consistently found that private
sector employees value economic rewards more
highly than do public sector employees (Cacioppe
and Mock ,1984)

The public bank employees tend to show greater

levels of interdependence when it comes to the
working environment (Bretschneider, 1990).

The study focused on the Grade 12 Accountancy and
Business Management immersed students’ perception with
regards to the Employee’s Behavior of Las Piñas National
High School Main who undergone work immersion in public
and private bank sectors within the Las Piñas Area.
Researchers should be able to decipher each perception to
prove if they have got the right belief to believe.
Through purposive sampling, a total of 19 students from
Las Piñas National High School were exclusively selected.

work independently and according to their
self-capability by managing themselves
accurately in working professionally.

3. The employees in public bank perform
in accordance to the set rules and

positive behavior; this can also affect
their co-employees and also the entire
company.
5. There is dissimilarity in terms of work
quality of employees between public
banks and private banks.

Based on the findings and conclusions drawn, the
following are offered as recommendations:

public from private bank.
2. Seek for different perspective in analyzing and
evaluating the working behavior of employees in these two
sectors.
