• It refers to communications between the organization's management level, that

is the authorities or the decision making body of the company (be it at any
level) and its internal and external audiences.
 MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

• It typically deals with ads and marketing strategies. It includes, product

advertising, direct mail, personal selling, and sponsorship activities.
 ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION

• It is mostly related to external communication. They usually manage the public

relations, public affairs, investor relations, corporate advertising and
environmental communication.
