east parts.
 The county is both rural and urban as it has
areas with rural settlements.
 It had a population of 2,751,796 people (U.S.
Census, n.d).
 The highest races are 78.6% whites, 18.2%
blacks, and 1.6% Asians.
 Between 2013 and 2017, the median household
income was $46,338.
 16.&% of the population live in poverty.
 81.0% of the residents had high school education
and 27.8% had bachelor’s degree or higher.
 62.1% of the population aged 16 years and above
