Introduction
• The performance of Automobile, a well-
known international automotive company
based in Landshut, has affected dramatically in
recent years.
• The company has suffered considerable loss in
sale and profit and also not able to maintain
their potential customers.
• The main reason of having this critical
circumstances is their environmental policy as
they refuse to adapt reusable transport bins.
•  Automobile has decided to study the
feasibility of reusable transport bin to get back
their loyal customers and reduce transport and
wastage cost as well.

Conclusion
As seen in above calculation that monthly cost of
huge cost of € 296,793 would involve in
transportation and waste disposal of materials within
Automobile and its subsidiaries in current scenario.
Whereas the third party has offered only € 30,000
per month for the whole transportation and waste
disposal with reusable containers.
It is apparent that by accepting the offer of 3PL not
only Automobile save substantial amount but also
attract old and new customer by adapting
environment friendly policy.
