 Hot start: Press „Start Key“ and turn Power

On

 release start key when „please wait“ appears

 Purpose:
 Skips automatic cleaning during the start up and
enters the Ready state earlier

Service Mode

 Sequence Numbers will displayed

 Sequence Stop Function

 If you press „Select“ during the analysis the
analyzer stops in the respective sequence
(only in the manual mode)

 To go on with the sequence press „Select“ again

Continuous Mode (additional function)

 Press „0“ in the Ready state to enter the

Continuous Mode.

 Press the „Start key“ to start the mode.

 By pressing again „0“ the system will enter in

the ready state after sequence is complete.

Count Mode on/off

 Count Mode On /Off: ( recount)

 turn On to adjust sensitivity by directly poring

the reference latex particles in the transducer
chamber.
 Function:
 Starts counting immediately after the Start switch
is pressed.
 Does not output the result to external devices
because the sample no. becomes 0 when
recounting

Deprime

 Deprime the Hydraulics ( Main Unit,

Sampler).

 The sequence completes in about 12

minutes, the Main Unit operation stops and
the red LEDs will blink.

Reagent tubing's should be disconnected in

prior to performing this procedure.

Diaphragm Pump

 Purpose:
 Runs the diaphragm pump and allows you to
check the sample dispensation volume.

 Function:
 One cycle of the diaphragm operation carries
out when this program is selected.

Sampler Check

 Purpose:
 Checks operation of the Sampler sensors and SV
´s

 Function:
 Runs the Sampler SV´s
 Displays the sensor ON/OFF status when the
corresponding SV is activated.

Manual Cap Piercer Check

 Purpose:
 Checks the operation of the MCP sensors and
SV`s

 Function:
 Runs the Sampler SV´s
 Displays the sensor ON/OFF status when the
corresponding SV is activated.

Error History

 Purpose:
 Prints the error history together with date and time.

 Function
 Up to the ten last errors can be recorded.
 The error history can be cleared by setting PCB
3648 DIP SW 3 ON and turning ON the power
switch.
 Only specific errors are printed in history.

Service Calibration
 Purpose:
 Used to correct carry over difference between
instruments

 Function:
 Allows you to enter the % data for five parameters
to correct carryover differences between
instruments.
 Three modes are available to enter correction
values.
 Correction values in the Whole blood mode are
effective in all Modes.
 When the Print key is pressed during setting, the
current setting values will be printed
