1. NOUN
- It is a word that functions as the name of a specific object or set of
objects, such as living creatures, places, actions, qualities, states of
existence, or ideas.

2. PRONOUN
- It is a word or a group of words that substitutes a noun or
noun phrase.

3. ADJECTIVE
- It is a word that modifies a noun or noun phrase or describes
its referent.
EXAMPLES OF ADJECTIVE
• Flamboyant

4. VERB
- It is a word that in syntax conveys an action, an occurrence,
or a state of being.
EXAMPLES OF VERB
• Walked

• Sleep
• Leave

5. ADVERB
- It is
a word or an expression that modifies a verb, adjective,
another adverb, determiner, clause, preposition, or sentence.
- It typically express manner, place, time, frequency, degree,
level of certainty, etc., answering questions such as how?, in
what way?, when?, where?, and to what extent?.

6. PREPOSITION
- It is used in English to show a relationship between two words or
phrases.

7. CONJUNCTION
- It is used as a way of joining two or more ideas or words together.

- It is used for emotion, reaction or excitement and have no
grammatical link to anything else within the sentence they appear.
- is a word or expression that occurs as an utterance on its
own and expresses a spontaneous feeling or reaction.
- It is a diverse category, encompassing many different parts
of speech, such as exclamations, curses, greetings, response
particles, hesitation markers and other words.
