Kelly: hello! sorry! I arrive a little late.
Can we start the meeting?
Mariana: of course, no problem. What do
you want to know?
Kelly: I need to deliver an order for
Wayuu Backpacks to Berlin, Germany,
but I am not sure of the transport that I
should use, or which is the most
adequate and reliable to send the
merchandise.
Mariana : well, that depends on the
delivery time, budget amount.
Kelly: My client needs the order no later
than 20 days, we must find out which
transport is the most appropriate to our
situation.
Mariana : to send the merchandise to
Berlin you have two modes of transport:
air and sea.
Kelly: what do you know about maritime transport.
Mariana: It has the lowest costs of International
Physical Distribution, given its ability to move large
volume merchandise, but it would take between 18 to
22 days for the merchandise to arrive in Berlin.
Kelly: Okay, and what do you know about air travel?
Mariana: has a high speed movement, due to its
speed, insurance costs are lower and the load is
safer, the only drawback is the load limit that can be
sent, but if we are among the allowed it would be a
very good option. Kelly: what do you know about

we have a big advantage getting the
goods to Berlin airport, it has excellent
road transport links to the city center.
