Controller system

The Automatic Genset Controller, AGC, is a

control unit containing all necessary
functions for protection and control of a
genset. It can be used as a single unit for
one genset, or a number of AGCs can be
connected in a complete power
management system for synchronising
projects, islanded or paralleled to the
mains. The AGC contains all necessary 3-
phase measuring circuits, and all values
and alarms are presented on the dis-play.

Fuel filter change

1.Use the span to disassemble the oil filter
2.Clean the seal surface 。
3.Add fuel inside the new filter
4.Fasten the filter
5.Press the ail out from the fuel system

1. Loose the clip(2) 。

2. Disassemble the air cleaner(3) from the air
intake pipe(1)
3. Make sure the air intake pipe(1) is clean
4. Install the new air cleaner with clip
5. Fasten the clip

Coolant level check

1. Turn the cap with breather valve anti
clockwise to the first position, then let the
pressure released
2. Turn the valve continuously and take it
off 。
3. Check the coolant level.
4. Make sure the coolant level is ok or add
coolant
5. Check and clean the breather valve 。
6. Install the radiator cap and close it.
