INTRODUCTION OF THE ORGANISATION

 The Caffeine Palace is a boutique coffee roasting operation that specialises in organic,
ethical coffees, chocolates and teas from around the globe, It was established in 2010.
 The core of the company is the producers who use sustainable agriculture methods and
who work toward conserving natural resources and the health of their workers.
 The business includes coffee roasting, wholesaling to cafes and restaurants and the
company has a small chain of boutique retail and café outlets where the public can
sample and purchase the products.

 Offer customers experience and quality products and contribute to a safe, healthy work
environment with employees engaged in development and teamwork, thus increasing
knowledge of the product with the target market

 The company's mission is to produce exceptional coffees equitably and promote ethical
and sustainable fair trade products through our wholesale operation and our vibrant
organic coffee establishments.
 Thus, it is intended to use the vision of the aforementioned program to expand the
company's operations in order to meet the needs of the organization's target market, so
that these consumers can have the experience of purchasing Caffeine Palace products.
