玉柴铸造中心将成为亚洲最大规模的柴油机铸件生产基地。采用先进的铸造
设备及工艺，有德国 hottinger 等公司的组芯机械人、浸涂机械手等组成的制
铸造 芯中心；德国 Eirich\KW 公司的在线检测仪和 simpson 双盘冷却机等砂处理
casting 设备；先进的熔化设备及 pangborn 公司及 DISA 机械手抛丸设备、生产流水
线采用 8 个机器人，实现全过程自动生产。

Yuchai Foundry Center will become Asia‘s largest diesel engine casting
production base. The use of advanced casting equipment and technology are
from Germany. The Core-making center is comprised of the core robot and dip
coating machine manipulator etc; Eirich \ KW's Double-line detector and
Simpson’s sand cooling etc; Pangborn and DISA’s robot blasting advanced
melting equipment and production lines with 8 robots. Achieve full automated
production process.

公司共有进口设备 77 台，国产数控设备 58 台，国产加工中心 43 台，拥有自动
加工 化程度较高的流水生产线，其中重机车间为玉柴主导产品机加工基地，采用德国
Machining 技术平台， HELLER 公司的高速、高精密卧式加工中心、八轴镗专机、 durr 公
司的高压清洗机，意大利波尔斯测量系统，并配备部分国产清洗机、输送系统等
辅助设备组成柔性加工。主要生产 YC6L 、 YC6M 系列发动机关键零部件，年产能力 8 万
台。
There are total of 77 sets of imported equipment, 58 sets of numerical control
equipment, 43 sets of machining centers, with a higher degree of automation of the
production line, including heavy machine shop for the machining of Yuchai leading
product base, using German technology platform, HELLER company's high-speed,
high-precision horizontal machining centers and eight-axis plane, Durr company’s
high-pressure cleaning machine, Italy Marposs Measurement System, and some
washing machines, conveyor system composed of flexible manufacturing and other
auxiliary equipment. The main production of YC6L, YC6M series engine parts, with
an annual capacity of 8 million units.
