Rationale
Objectives
• The main purpose of the activity is to cascade the
information, educate and capacitate the rice
farmers in CALABARZON for a more competitive
farming system and management.
Specific Objectives

Enhance their knowledge on the technology of rice farming system.

Be well-trained and perform basic repair and maintenance of machineries.

Be competitive enough in showcasing and marketing their produce.

Broaden their knowledge for a complete and accurate record keeping of all financial
transactions in a systematic orderly, logical manner.

Strengthen their values and principles as a distinct form of operation.

Have an increased morale and retention, improved productivity, and competent to

function effectively and manage and influence the members of the organization.
