Pagkakapantay-pantay
Isang debate sa mga pilosopo ang tanong ukol sa pagkakapantay -pantay. Sa isang panig,
may nagsasabing pantay-pantay ang lahat dahil likha tayo ng Diyos, dahil tao tayo. Isa pa,
dahil kung titingnan ang tao sa kaniyang hubad na anyo, katulad lamang din siya ng iba.
Sa kabilang panig, may nagsasabi rin namang hindi pantay-pantay ang mga tao. ay mga
taong yayaman at patuloy na yayaman at may mga taong mahirap at mananatili sa
kanilang kahirapan dahil sadyang ganito ang kaayusan ng mundo

Isa sa mga gitnang posisyon ay ang posisyon ng pilosopong si Max Scheler. Para kay

Pagkakapantay-pantay
Halimbawa:
 Ang pag-access sa isang sistema ng
edukasyon para sa lahat ay isang halimbawa
ng pagkakapantay-pantay sa isang lipunan.
Ang edukasyon ay isang pangunahing
karapatan ng bawat indibidwal, dahil
kinakailangan para sa kalayaan ng pag-iisip
at pagkuha ng mga pangunahing kasanayan
upang lumikha ng kagalingan ng sosyo-
sosyal.

 Prinsipyo ng proportio ang angkop na pagkakaloob
ayon sa pangangailangan ng tao

 Sa madaling salita hindi man pantay ang tao may


angkop para sa kanila. Kailangan maging patas ayon
sa kakayahan ayon sa pangangailangan.
 Dalawang konsepto kaugnay ng Principyo ng proportion
1. Ang halaga ng tao kaysa sa anumang bagay na Tinawag ito ni Sto.Tomas
de Aquino na prinsipyo
ipamimigay o ibinabahagi
ng proportio, ang angkop
2. Gumagawa at nagmamay-ari ang tao upang maging na pagkakaloob ng ayon
produktibo sa kaniyang sarili at maipamalas ang sa pangangailangan ng
kanyang galling . tao.

Halimbawa:
 Maaaring si Elmer ang pinakamagaling sa Math
ngunit hindi nito ibig sabihin na si Elmer na
lamang ang tuturuan ng guro ng Math.
Pagsisikapan pa rin ng guro na ituro ang mga
tuntunin sa Math sa kapwa mabilis matuto at sa
mga mag-aaral na kailangan ng ibayong pag-
akay. Subalit, upang higit pang mapaunlad ang
husay ni Elmer, maaaring bigyan siya ng dagdag
na mga Math problems na kanyang pag-aaralan.
