Our Subjection
• Mr. Ravi lacks practical/human behavior and good
communication skills and also is very egoistic and very
snobbish towards his subordinates.
• Mr .Ravi came up with the idea of launching new idea but
he dint execute it.
• We have used the new products name CRAY AVOD
because
Mr. Rony changes the attitude from negative to positive,
CRAY DOVA is reversed to CRAY AVOD.
• Trade unions have become more motivated, focused and
positive towards their job with higher grade of
responsibility given to them and excited to work in the new
working conditions.
• The magic and the responsibility for the positive change is
Mr. Rony through his positive and motivative attitude
which improves relations between the manager and
subordinates including the trade union.
• He bought a new enthusiasm among the workers and trade
unions.
• He rewarded the workers and appreciated them for all their
endeavours.
• He created a pleasing atmosphere in the work place which
helped his subordinates and trade unions to work even in
stressful situations.
