TYPES OF PAPER
● Bond Paper- This is a high quality paper used for letterhead.
● Flimsy Paper- This is a cheaper, lighter grade paper used for letter making
carbon copies, it is usually lighter than the bond paper.
● N.C.R. (No Carbon Required)- These are copying paper used for set of
forms such as invoices, delivery notes and school receipts
● Parchment Paper- This is an elegant paper used for special handwritten
letters such as for wedding invitations and other special occasions
● Onion Skin paper- This is a very light weight almost transparent paper which
resembles the skin of an onion such as those used to make bible leaves or for
art tracing
PAPER SIZES
● A1- Used for posters
● A2- Smaller posters and also used for architecture diagrams
● A3- Also known as legal size paper and is used to prepare financial
documents such as balance sheets
● A4- Also known as letter size paper and used for business letters and reports
● A5- Used for short letters and memos (half of A4)
● A6- Used for postcards, index cards and vouchers (half of A5)
● A7- Used for large address labels (half of A6)
● A8- Used for small address labels and business cards (half of A7)
TYPES OF ENVELOPES
★ Regular Envelopes are the standard of business envelopes. This product range
includes the popular #10 envelope which measures 4 1/8" by 9 1/2". All regular
envelopes feature a solid front with no window, and a basic flap on the back.
★ A windowed envelope is a conventional envelope with a plastic (typically film or
BOPS Bi-oriented polystyrene films) window to allow the recipient's address to be
printed on the paper contained within.

the need for glue or water. A padded
envelope, also known as a padded or cushioned mailer or (UK) jiffy bag, is an
envelope incorporating protective padding to protect items during shipping. The
