Step 1: The operator will

place the product in the
rotative plate.
The plate have 3 nests
wich work as poka-yokes
to maintain the same
position of the product.
Process Flow

Step 2: The operator will

continue the process
activating a pulsator at
his right hand side and
continue with the next
step.
Process Flow

Step 3: The pulsator

send a pulse to the PLC
and activate the stepper
motor below the table
wich rotates the plate.
Process Flow

Step 4: while the stepper

motor it´s working, a
sensor will detect the
position of the product
and send a pulse to the
printer.

Step 5: The printer will

make the mark while the
motor finish rotating the
plate.

Step 6: The motor will stop

Step 1: The operator will

place the product in the
nest facing the left side.
The tooling have nests,
that have the function of
work as poka-yokes to
maintain the position of
the product.

Step 2: Once the

product it´s in position,
the operator will push
the button at his right
hand side and start the
cycle.

Step 3: First, a
pneumatic actuator
in vertical position
will locate the
printer to 10 mm
(Printer working
height) from the
Surface to mark.
Process Flow

Step 4: In that
position, another
pneumatic actuator
will advance and
move the entire
system meanwhile the
printer is working.
The actuator will
travel the necessary
distance to print the
entire mark.
