CSR POLICY OF L&T

FINANCIAL SERVICES

 Adopted 3S framework to implement the CSR projects.
 The 3S approach ensures that it is a win-win situation for each and
every stakeholder.
CSR Approach  The project objectives add significant value to stakeholders.
 L&T Financial Services have aligned with Sustainable
Development Goals (SDG).
Social Impact -
 The projects are identified on basis of detailed baseline.
 Regular assessments and stakeholders workshops.
 Ensures that projects are carefully selected and designed.
Scale –
3S  Partner organization and implementing agencies are selected who
are expert in on-ground situation.
Sustainability –
 It is a major factor taken into consideration while making the
project.
 Local community is involved to ensure long term sustenance.
 The integrated water resource program completed with
alignment of government.
 In 2014 – 2015 the Maharashtra Droughts lead LTFS to implement
Jal Vaibhav this project.
 Created various water structures.
 Objective is to strengthen resilience and adaptive capacity to
climate related hazards.
 The Digital Financial Inclusion Programme
 Created by LTFS along with its implementing partners.
 A Digital Sakhi is a rural woman with a digital device and well
Digital Sakhi equipped with skills.
 This programme have also helped woman entrepreneurs to up-
skilled in their respective fields.
 It is an important component of L&T Financial Services CSR
Relief and policies.
 Employees have also being directly involved in relief operations.
Rehabilitation
 Started In January 2017.
 Employees volunteer in projects and programmes related to
specially designed water projects.
Boondein  This project had a great impact in community who learned new
skills and also employees started to care more for lesser privileged
individuals.
