PAVERS
Permeable pavers, also known as
permeable interlocking concrete
pavements (PICP), are installed with
layers of varying-sized stone or
aggregate underneath that filter and
direct stormwater to underground
aquifers. With permeable concrete
pavers and permeable grass pavers, any
rain that falls on your patio, walkway or
driveway seeps back into the ground,
reducing the burden on storm drains. A
permeable paver system can even be
designed to harvest and recycle
.rainwater
Reduce heat island,
Roof :Cool (or reflective) roofs

help to reflect sunlight and heat away from your home,

reducing roof temperatures. This allows for your home to stay
cooler, reducing the amount of air conditioning needed during
hot days. According to a study conducted in California, cool
roofs can provide annual energy savings of almost 50 cents per
square foot. Such energy savings can also result in better air
quality in your community and fewer greenhouse gases emitted
.to the atmosphere

:Install cool roofs 

A white EDPM roof can repel roughly 70% of solar
energy,. Some premium cool roofing manufacturers,
like Ecology or Sika-Trocal, make membrane roofing that
repels 80% + of solar energy

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)
refers to the air quality within and around buildings and structures,
especially as it relates to the health and comfort of building occupant

IEQ is determined by many factors, including lighting, air quality, damp

and
conditions. Workers are often concerned that they have symptoms or
health conditions from exposures to contaminants in the buildings where
.they work

Requirement
Establishing minimum indoor air quality performance to improve indoor air
quality in buildings, by doing this process we can accomplish health and
thermal comfort
Increase Ventilation Effectiveness ?How can I improve my ventilation naturally
 Choose window types to direct air flow
Ventilation effectiveness is an indicator of the  Position openings for cross ventilation
quality of supply air distribution in ventilated
 Install natural ventilation systems that
rooms. It is a representation of how well a
automatically adjust openings
considered space is ventilated compared to a
 Encourage convective air movement
.perfect air mixing condition
Thermal Comfort :
Requirement
Thermal comfort is important for health and well-being
Provide for the effective delivery and mixing of as well as productivity
fresh air to support the health, safety, and
.comfort of building occupants
Monitoring System: Provide permanent temperature
and humidity monitoring with operator control for
Every morning the windows will open to get natural lights .thermal comfort
and natural warmth
Ventilatio
n meters 1.0668

 Ventilation will be installed on every room

corridor maximize thermal comfort and
healthier quality air paired with HVAC
system to change the air quality in the
building

 There will be a monitoring system

to check the temperature and
the HVAC system

 The widows well be wide and have thermal

envelope
 To get the sun light without affecting the
temperature
