Digital Portfolio

• a computer-based collection of student performance over time. 


• It showcases both student achievement and student learning over
time.
• Students should include reflections on each performance to clarify
why pieces are included in the portfolio. This is perhaps the most
valuable part of the portfolio, since it provides a much clearer window
into the learning of each student.

Guidelines
1. This is an individual assignment.
2. Everyone is encouraged to be as creative as possible.
3. There shall be an entry per Unit/Module, to correspond to the
lessons and dimensions. For the scrapbook, each item/file shall be
emailed.
4. The cumulative result will comprise the entire Digital Portfolio.
5. For the scrapbook, the digital portfolio shall be saved on a flash
drive, to be submitted personally.
Criteria
• Creativity – 15 pts.
• Personal Insights – 25 pts.
• Structure – 10 pts.
