MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to produce sportswear that everyone


can wear comfortably so that there is no
inconvenience in living their daily lives. 

What’s your company’s purpose and commitment? 


The purpose is to become the most famous clothing
brand company. And Our company will devote itself to
making clothes that are comfortable, simple, but
sometimes rare and colorful.
COMPANY'S VISION
SHORT -TERM GOALS

Financial goals?
We increase our company’s branches around the crowded
metropolitan area to generate more than 10% of sales.
We will set the stage for promoting companies overseas
markets. And we will promote the company and increase
sales by 5%.

Customer goals?
For 5 years, we will mainly sell products to domestic
customers. We will try to make customers buy our
products by benefiting the major customers who make
the company’s sales.

SHORT -TERM GOALS

Employee goals?
We are planning to hire 60 and 70 production and office
workers, respectively, at our headquarters in Daegu. We
will help young people find employment by mandating that
more than 120 people be employed at each branch.

New Products/ new service/factory ? 


We are planning to make a ball cap that has our logo and
sell 12,000 units worldwide in a limited edition.
Afterwards, we will make limited edition products and
hold events. As a new service, we will introduce a free
delivery service for all products when purchasing online
and a service that provides our own logo stickers when
purchasing at offline stores. We will build about 10
factories for production in domestic industrial
complexes.

LONG -TERM GOALS

Financial goals?
In the case of domestic, we will generate profits (about
$1.5 billion to $2 billion) and challenge to be listed in
the domestic stock market for smooth activities of 'Clothes
to you'. Also, we will increase the size of the branch
located in Daegu. In the case of the global market, we will
activate various investment methods such as virtual
currency and increase the number of offline stores abroad
to accumulate foreign capital. 

Customer goals?
Our company's customer goal is that we will increase the
number of customers such as Europeans, Americans, and
Asians. We will also designate the top 5% of all customers
as VIP and provide benefits only for them.

LONG -TERM GOALS

Employee goals?
First, the employment goals in the domestic market are we
will aim to achieve a total of 100,000 employees for more
creative marketing, service delivery, online and offline
store management. In the case of the global market, we
will select up to 20% of the number of black and Latino
people in selecting employees.

Regarding the new product, we will collaborate with
famous sports stars or foreign sportswear brands to
provide products of more rare and diverse quality
products. We will provide a very fast delivery service
regarding the new service.

BEGINNING OF THE COMPANY

How did your company start? 

In order to make sportswear more comfortable than


conventional sportswear, health trainers, textile
researchers, and designers worked together to study fabrics
that people felt comfortable with.

It first made clothes out of fabric that was discovered


after research and released at a shopping mall in 2017.

This was the beginning of our company.

What were some early problems or challenges? 

In the early days of production, clothes were made from


fabrics discovered after research, but they could not
satisfy all customers.

How were they solved? 

Health trainers, designers, and textile researchers studied


textiles for a long time and solved early problems by
finding fabrics that more people could be satisfied with.

How did your company continue to grow?

In order to grow our company, we made several design


confirmations and cheap and high-quality materials to
make better-quality clothes. We also participated in a
design competition to promote these clothes. And the
recognition increased as the advertisement of clothes
was creative and shown on TV.

Were there any problems or challenges?

In the process, there were problems such as not


being able to get a contract with the manufacturer
of clothes, but the problem was solved because our
employee ran on foot and caught the manufacturer.

Our company has become such a popular sportswear


company that men and women of all ages know and are
satisfied with clothes and sales volume has become
stable.
