Taiwan's response to the COVID-19 was highly praised and the government
plans to take the same countermeasures to strengthen the province's pandemic
control measures. This agency focuses on responding to potential health threats
and coordination with other health agencies such as DOH and DOT.

EQUIPMENT
One of the important lessons that this pandemic taught us was to become
prepared at all times. As a province that heavily relies on tourism, this situation
deeply scarred our economy. The province believes that if only we have
enough supplies and technology, we could have restore the situation back to
normal in less than a year.

CREATING a MOBILE
APPLICATION for
TRACING
Digital health took the center stage during the pandemic. That is why, the
provincial government plans on making an application that will focus on
creating an effective track and tracing system. The app will locate and keep the
user's location for the next month. This system had greatly helped Iceland in
controlling their COVID cases.
