The 1st Singapore Tattoo Show brings together the international
practitioners, tradesmen and enthusiasts of tattoo art in a 3-day
show to be held for the first time in Singapore.
Fans of this unique art form can witness live tattooing of world
renowned artists at work, serving as canvas for their inspiration
while friends and supporters participate in seminars, watch
performances and the judging of tattoo contests.
This event brands Singapore on a global map and proudly says
‘its uniquely Singapore!’ to the overseas visitors who will attend
this tattoo show. The 1st Singapore Tattoo Show is honoured to
be endorsed by the Singapore Tourism Board.
Why an Asian Tattoo Show?
An enduring craze, tattooing has been around for thousands of
years and has passed the tests of time and battles. As they are
now prevalent in modern culture, today’s generation are crazy for
tattoos.
Over the years, the Asian art has enchanted the world of tattoo,
and brought forth reputable Asian artists. For the first time, this
unique trade and consumer show in Singapore will play hospitality
to many foreign artists from USA, Canada, Germany, and different
parts of the continents.
It is a showcase opportunity for diverse artistic expressions and
tattoo styles that will send the best of tattoo talents at the door of

tattoo artistry, bearing the charter to change the social norms
associated with the permanence of this art form.
Behind the company is a partnership team comprising a
professional tattoo artist-entrepreneur from Utopia Studio with 7
years’ industry experience and a marketer formerly from P&G.
Having developed a wide network of global tattoo artists whom
many are considered close friends, this team aims to promote the
tattoo industry for the appreciation and commercialism of tattoo
art.

Utopia Studio was founded by Kirby Lian who has a strong

passion and track record in tattoo art. Utopia seeks to promote
tattoo culture as a form of modern body art to the local artistry
scene. Coupled with an extensive social network of international
tattoo artists under his name, Kirby has participated in several
renowned international tattoo conventions with a reputation in his
profession. Through the event, Utopia Studio aims to bring
forward this successful formula into Singapore and rejuvenate
