as a big brand, I think it’s a must to have a
professional and elegant persona especially in this

1. The header is better in this platform as well

2. The contents are mostly similar with other
platform, too much educational content,
where it must have other kind of content.

with other platform. They should manage
their brand persona in this platform, since
twitter might have different approach to get
customer interest.

1. As showed above, the contents are not


engaging at all.

2. They have to think and plan some contents on


this platform, either collaborate with some
influencers or making a video podcast etc.

about their description.

4. Since the comment features are turned off, it’s


hard to have interaction with customers
RECOMMENDATIONS

So what things can be improved for Yakult Indonesia?

1. First thing first, Yakult Indonesia should have an intention to to


improve their brand persona on social media

2. They should make an engaging content for all their social media and
make a content schedule for each month, since their contents are not
engaging at all and also they should consider other kind of content,
not only educational

3. Since they used different username for each social media, it’s better to
have one username for all social media such as yakultINA for all
platform.

4. Last but not least, if they have managed their content, it also better for
them to maximize their bio, caption, use of hashtag in some platform
and optimized some features of each platform (such as IG live,
carousel, etc.)

Pada malam hari, ada seorang anak bernama Arsya sedang tidur pulas. Di dalam tidurnya, ia bermimpi sedang jalan-jalan
bersama keluarganya ke supermarket dan Arsya minta ke ibunya untuk membelikan yakult, kemudian ibunya
membelikannya.
Cut to:

Arsya memegang yakult-nya di saat jalan parkiran basement ke mobil (sambil melihat ke yakultnya dengan ekspresi
senang). Kemudian di dalam mobil Arsya meletakkan yakult di samping kirinya dan meminumnya 1 botol. (scene close
up to ‘Arsya meminum yakult)

Seorang peri berotot ‘the rock’ (sebagai L. Casei Shirota) jatuh ke jalan dengan tumpahan cairan yakult yang banyak, lalu
tampak dari kejauhan ada banyak orang sebagai bakteri jahat. Kemudian peri itu melawan bakteri-bakteri jahat tersebut
dan menang.
