II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Bread bakery is owned and manage by Karla Therese L. Licos, and they are currently student of Western Philippines
university of Aborlan Palawan. Awareness of High quality baked goods is on the rise. Good bread is a rare
combination of nutrition, convenience and luxury. Today’s consumer has less time to create wholesome, handmade,
but increasingly appreciates the nutritional and sensory benefits its provides. Good bread provides fiber and
carbohydrates in a convenient, low form that is portable and delicious. Good bread never goes out of style.

BREAD BAKERY
My design is very simple and it is popular in all my customers, because of the beauty and orderliness of the
wares of my bakery. In my bakery the soft and tough breads are separated for an easy identification of
customers.
In my menu theirs a different kinds of breads that also loves to eat in some consumers.
LAYOUT
The lay out of my business which is the bread bakery, all the facilities are separate in every area inside and
out of the establishment.

Bread bakery is a business that owned and managed by Karla Therese L. Licos . Which is located at
Aborlan Palawan. It has currently 17 employees, including my supervisor Reynold alba, master baker is
Rieno Licos and Adolfo Licos, and the assistant baker is Dario Licos, and Jay ar Seguancia, the cashier is
Catherine Licos and Renalee Alba and Arlyn Licos and the sales lady is Reyna Licos and Ryza Licos, the
repacker is Melchei Casiple and Jean Focbit, and the delivery is Christy Soberano, Princess Daguia and
Ericka Manzul and the last are utility is Kenneth Alvis and Dexter Magrata.

The majority of our customers target are young adults is 17-30 years old, child is 5-16 years old and the middle
age is 31-45 years old. This means that my product and services will have to be focused on the wants, needs and
demands of this group of people and also will be the local people living in the community, people from the
barangay and municipality.

Bread bakery is located at Aborlan Palawan along the national High way.
COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
Bread bakery will be competitive with a good product quality and sell high quality handmade breads. These
customers are interested in healthy foods, and they will appreciate the attractive nutritional profile of our
products and always the all ingredients that use is fresh. Our product that you purchase you can have it for
takeout or delivery.

VII.MARKETINGSTRATEGY
Bread bakery is expected to employ is 13 employees. The owner of bread bakery, will hire an
employee that can easy adopt quickly of their work, and also they willing to be trained first, so
they can put on what they deserves position and based on their skills and for having an ability
to work.
VIII. OPERATIONS (STAFFING, TRAINING, CUSTUMER SERVICE, SUPPLIERS.)
SUPPLIERS:
Bread bakery emphasize quality food and locally fresh food. All of that product that
can use for making bread is always new and also the product of suppliers are already
tested.

This agreement is made between the first parties Ms. Karla Therese L. Licos, the owner of the bread bakery business,
and the second parties is the Brgy. Captain Sang Seguancia of Aborlan Palawan.
The first parties that they will maintain the safety of an employees, the people near of business and some customers,
who visiting in bakery to purchase products in bread bakery. This bakery is always to ensure all safety, cleanliness of the area
and all of the facilities inside the establishment, they also used a different garbage for proper disposal, and by using
disinfectants sprayer to sanitize all utensils and others that can use inside the establishment.
The second parties states and agree that they ensure the legality of the business for having a business permit to ensure
that no harm zone towards the place.
Other observed terms between the two parties and be stated upon the accusations of the witnessed and the rest of
legality and conformity will follow. The general contract agreement was issued on August 24 2021, at the municipality of
Aborlan Palawan, witnessed and claimed by the Aborlan Palawan Assigned by the judge and the two parties. Signed on august
24, 2021.
