Bad habits often ruin your goals,


sometimes bad habits can also
damage your health
My bad habits
• I spend all day sitting
• I like to eat a lot of food
• I eat my nails
• I tend to move parts of my body constantly
• I tend to be shirtless all the time
• I put things in my mouth
• I don't socialize with the neighbors
• I love junk food and breads, but I don't usually eat them

• I am too eager
• I am desperate
• I constantly just think about solving problems
• I'm never relaxed
• I tend to socialize little with people
• Being too honest and harsh with people
• I'm a bit pessimistic at times (I call it being realistic)
• I'm too harsh and I criticize myself

Good habits improve your


lifestyle and make you a
successful person
My good habits
• I drink water and hydrate well
• I organize my desk and my bed every morning
• I exercise every morning to keep my muscles strong and my body
healthy
• I read one or two hours a day
• I study and do my homework every day
• I am not so much time on social networks
• I drink a calorie shake daily to give my body protein and calories
• I sleep eight hours

person
My good qualities
• I have self confidence
• I feel empathy for all living things
• I have a sense of humor
• I am honest
• I like to compete and be better
• I like challenges
• I can develop discipline
• I am self-taught, I can learn anything without someone to
guide me
I always try to improve, adopt good habits, I want to be
better every day, improve myself and be productive. The
change begins by accepting your defects, bad qualities and
bad habits, as I am a realistic person and I am not
mistaken, I quickly understood what were the things that I
was doing wrong and I tried to change them. The hardest
of all has been to adapt to the little use of social networks,
but if we think about spending more than 2 hours on social
networks a day it is a waste of time and loss of life.
