    Prepare (15 Cook (35 mins) Plate (5mins)

    Rinse 2 cups of rice


    Soak Bunga Telang in 100mL
    3 spoonful of coconut milk
    Wash 10 Kaffir lime leaves
    Wash and Crush 2 lemon grass 
    Cook (35 mins)
    Prepare the rice cooker
    Put the ingredients
    Add water until it reaches first
    knuckle of your index finger (seruas
    kuku jari telunjuk)
    Cook them
    Continue with making ice cream
    Plate (5mins)
    Prepare a cup and wet
    with water
    Put the rice in the cup
    Take it out and place it
    on the plate

    What you need:
    • ½ cup full cream milk
    • ½ cup cream
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ cup salt
    • Ice
    • 2 zipper bags
    • Measuring cup (if any)
    • Cloth/ towel
    Instructions
    Add 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup cream, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2
    Add teaspoon vanilla extract to a mixing cup and stir until well
    combined. Add the mixture to a small zipper bag.  

    Fill a larger zipper bag with a couple handfuls of ice and


    Fill about half cup of salt. Shake it.

    Place the smaller bag inside the larger bag. Cover it with

    Shake Shake it for approx. 5 minutes.

    Note: If you have no extra zipper bags, don't throw the bag of ice, you
    can re-use it for next activity
