Birdie, rest a little longer,
Till the little wings are stronger,
So she rests a little longer,
Then she flies away.

In this stanza, the poet tells that

what a little birdie say to his
mother from his nest in the
morning. The little birdie says to
her mother to allow her to fly
away in the sky as the little bird
wants to fly.

says to take rest until her
wings become stronger so
the bird take a long rest
and she flies.

Explanation:
In this stanza the baby
bird from her bed in the
early morning says that
allow her to wake up
and let her fly away just
like the little birds.

In this poem the poet elaborated a beautiful and sweet
conversation between a little bird and mother bird.
The poem states how the little birdie is eager to fly
and wanted to see the world.
