• Proximity to Mangalavanam Bird Sanctuary – A Visitors Centre for the tourists could act as an opportunity
to show case the rich heritage of Cochin.
• High Court near by lacks any means of recreational facilities and proper eateries – a food stall could be a
viable option.
• Prestige Apartment also lacks any recreations.
• Connecting Queen’s Walkway to the site and creating a recreational centre.
• Presence of Canal could act in improving the visual qualities of the site.
