Identify Stakeholders
Identifying and engaging stakeholders is an iterative
process and should be reviewed and updated frequently,
like in times when the project moves from phase to phase,
or when some new stakeholders get involved in the project
or some leave.
Identifying stakeholders include analyzing and
documenting their interests, involvement,
interdependencies, influence, and their potential impact
on the project success.

Manage Stakeholder Engagement
This is the process of communicating and working with stakeholders.
The key to effective stakeholder engagement is a focus on continuous
communication with all stakeholders, including team members.
This is to help us understand their needs and expectations; and address
issues as they occur.
This process allows the project manager to increase support and
minimize resistance from stakeholders.
