 INTRODUCTION
 This project is based on the ICO online & offline module. The
main objective of developing this module is to mechanize all
the transaction of the advertisement & accounts unit. To
computerize the Marketing & Account section we are trying to
make this project.
 
 In this project there are various sub modules:-
 Imported Cars Online
 Imported Cars offline

 This project as a Marketing, Advertisement, & Account

module can be further used in any organization.
 CONCEPT
 The project entitled “IMPORTED CARS ONLINE & OFFLINE
SYSTEM” is done to make the manual process easier by making it a
computerized system for billing and maintaining data. All details of
customers & cars are stored in a database. Based on this the reports of
Invoice & Quotation are made simple and easier.
The Online Module is divided mainly into 3 sections.

PROJECT SCOPE
ICO cars: - ICO means a magician; The Moto of our Group is to bring magic in your life by
giving you the car that you always dreamt about. At ICO, we bring cars from all over the
world to your doorsteps - all you have to do is contact us. We have satisfied clients all over
the world. This has been made possible by an extreme focus on the needs of our customers
and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and the luxury segment.
 2) Service Back-Up: - Each of these beautiful cars is a product of the very highest standards.
 To help maintain this standard and optimum performance, we are pleased to offer the option
of a comprehensive service backup from our designated service provider.
 Experts at their respective fields with the latest technical and diagnostic equipment will help
to maintain the condition of your car, fitting only genuine parts.
 As obvious, the state-of-the-art craftsmanship and engineering that goes on to build this
perfect machines need suitably trained and experienced workers to look after.
In addition, the 6 months’ (unlimited mileage) warranty for all new cars and the free first
quarter check goes to reassure that the performance of your car stays at the optimum levels..
 3) Career: - Jobs are provided as per requirement and displayed on website as requirement
another aspect of using website for job portal as well but for a small scale us.
 4) Blog: - For latest update on any new arrival of any new car we provide complete
information about that. With images specifications & price.
 5) News: - Latest update on any automobile news we have provided links and updates to that
related news first.
PROJECT REPORT

FEATURES
It keeps the personal information of every customer & cars.
 Through this Management can generate report and get information of each customer &
cars.
 The data has to be Stored in files manually therefore a lot of space is required for storing
the data. But this system helps reduce redundancy.
 This system is made with number of resources and contains many modules which not
only decrease paper work but will provide user to work in new environment and with
new platform.
 Haphazard keeping of records make task more complex. In manual system, all records
are arranged in file which can be misplaced and chances of loss of data. But
computerized system keeps data in safe mode and too in a systematic manner.
 In Security point of view the data are kept unaltered unless authorized by the user. Only
the user should have the permission to alter, otherwise data can be kept under an eye and
up to date.
 Easily finding of records with complete information makes the works easy and less time
consuming.

  The system can on a PC with Pentium processor with a minimum of 64MB RAM.
The hardware used to develop this package is as follows:-

MS ACCESS
 Using Microsoft Access we can manage all our information
from a single database file, within the file we can use
 Tables to store our data

 Queries to find and retrieve the data that we want

 Reports to analyze or print data in a specific layout

 Data access pages to view, update, or analyze the data from the
internet or an intranet
 Because of above advantages we are using access as back-end
too
 HTML
 HTML, which stands for Hypertext Markup Language, is
the predominant markup language for WebPages. HTML
is the basic building-blocks of WebPages.
 HTML is written in the form of HTML
elements consisting of tags, enclosed in angle brackets
(like <html>), within the web page content. HTML tags
normally come in pairs like <h1> and </h1>. The first
tag in a pair is the start tag, the second tag is the end tag
(they are also called opening tags and closing tags).
 The purpose of a web browser is to read HTML
documents and compose them into visual or audible web
pages. The browser does not display the HTML tags, but
uses the tags to interpret the content of the page.

ACCESS
 Microsoft-ACCESS is a Database use as a Back end tool for this
System. Database is a collection of information that’s related to a
particular subject or purpose, such as tracking customer orders or
maintaining a music collection. If our database isn’t stored on a
computer or only parts of it are installed. We may be tracking
information from a variety of sources that we have to coordinate and
organize ourselves.
 For example, the personal form Teachers address is stored in various
locations in the form containing address in salary information file
and in the job information containing job details of Teachers. If
Teacher addresses changes we might have to update in all the places
and the Teacher address is automatically updated wherever we use it
in the database.
