What are shapes?
Shapes
– have several meaning.
– can be described as the level of your
fitness.
– when some parts of the body are
twisted, bent, strentched, curled, or
moved in a certain direction.
The different body shapes?

Round or
Curved
Bending creates an
arch that is round
or curved as seen
in the picture.

Narrow or Straight
Extended body
parts in one
direction without a
curve.

Wide
It is a movement or
shape created by
extending body
parts from a
normal position to
cover more space.

Twisted
It is a shape out of
tha body’s natural
form.
It can be created by
turning the upper
body without moving
the lower body.

It can be created by

It is created by lying flat on the floor just


like supine lying on the floor.
