Conclusion And Learning
• A person with high emotional intelligence can give better performance in
the organization and vice versa.
• This study demonstrates that majority of the employees have a high level of
emotional intelligence and are having a quite good quality of work life.
• The result of test perform through Pearson correlation of coefficient showed
that there was a significant relationship between the quality of work life and
Emotional intelligence of Employees performance.
• The test performed through T-Test studied the significant difference in mean
of EQ of females and males.
More than 80% of the employees have rated themselves with 4
(Often) or 5 (Very often) in the dimensions of the emotional
intelligence.
62.9% of employees say the company’s environment has high
influence on their performance and 25.7% say it is moderate.
95.8% of the population say they are satisfied with the working
conditions provided by the company.
EQ and QWL are important for individual to better perform in the
organization and also to meet personal objectives.
