Resolve complexity with the ability to Automatically Integrate with other 3rd
process multiple orders of multiple clients party systems such as e-commerce
with many different SKUs in stock. platforms, 3PL partners ...
System’s Adaptability:
Variety of Inbound - Outbound - Pick
▪ New products ▪ FIFO: First In First Out ▪ Pick to Order: Pick the goods
▪ Secondhand products ▪ LIFO: Last In First Out according to each order
▪ Sample products ▪ FEFO: First Expire First Out ▪ Batch Picking: Pick the goods
▪ Damaged products ▪ LEFO: Last Expire First Out according to order list
▪ Physical combo products ▪ Fast Moving Location: ▪ Zone Picking: Pick the goods
▪ Virtual combo products Outbound priority will be according to zones
▪ Products by colors, sizes, given to goods in several ▪ Smart Picking: Use robots in
etc. locations in the warehouse. goods picking. Reduce goods
picking time for staff, and
speed up the overall process.
System’s highlights:
Random arrangement:
✓ This optimizes space usage allowing different SKUs
to be placed anywhere according to their size.
✓ There is no need to remember the location of the
goods, all of them are digitized and algorithmically
managed in the system.
✓ Triggered by a “random” storage rule, FAI optimizes
the pick-up route to shorten pick-up times for
different orders of different partners.
System’s highlights:
Storage by rules
Help staff pick up goods quickly and
accurately at the storage location.
Help staff avoid picking wrong goods of
different partners, even with the same SKU.
Help staff pick the right goods at the right place
according to the due date.
Help staff avoid mistakenly picking goods of
different conditions (new, old, damaged ...).
Help staff pick large quantities of goods with
the least and most optimal operation.
System’s highlights:
Optimize Picking
To assist staff in goods picking, FAI creates multiple waves based on
order types. A way will consist of multiple pick lists, and each pick list
will contain one or more orders from one or more different clients,
depending on the setup in the system.
FAI also calculates and finds the shortest pick route, then displays
sequential pick locations on the pick list on mobile device. And thus,
pickers just need to follow the system's instructions without any
further action.
FAI continuously analyzes and optimizes algorithms to further
optimize the picking and processing times.
