20tk/GA and 25tk/4G GA: Work Modality
WORK MODALITY:
1. BP can work in any outlet (except KRO). In any Day, In a single day, BP should work in max 3 outlets
2. Outlet Selection: BP should be deployed in EXTRACT Category (Good quality, Low GA slab where competition has higher SOGA).
3. BP will move to different hubs to acquire customers
4. BP will use retailers biometric device for GA Conversion
5. Apart from Salary, BPs will be entitled to mobile bill 1k (will be reimbursement in their pool phone number)
After achieving monthly Fixed GA Target, for next each GA, BP will get 3. 24 working Days will be count for 100% fixed salary

Variable BP will get additional 10 taka for follow up recharge of any of the deno of 27/28 in 4. BP can take authorized leave from ZM/TOs. Central team to be

NO Play GA Explanation
• No Play GA are those GA which don’t have at least 1 outgoing call or any amount data usages
within the calendar month (1st to 31st Dec’21)
• In the GA achievement of any particular BP, maximum 7% can be No Play GA
• If any BP has more than 7% (of his total done GA) No Play GA, each extra No Play GA out of that
7% will not be treated as achievement.
