备用电源自动投入装置
 为了保证供电的可靠性，电力系统经常采用两个或两个以上的
电源进行供电，并考虑相互之间采取适当的备用方式。当工作
电源失去电压时，备用电源由自动装置立即投入，从而保证供
电的连续性，这种自动装置称为备用电源自动投入装置，简称
BZT 。 In order to supply a reliability power, power
system always using 2 or more than 2 power supply
device, concerns each other by the stand model.
When service power losing the voltage, standby
power automatic switch in use, thus ensure the power
supply continuously, this kind of device called spare
automatic switch, in abbreviation is BZT.

遵循的基本原则
 当工作母线上的电压低于检无压定值，并且持续时间大于时间
定值时，备自投装置方可启动。备自投的时间定值应于相关的
保护及重合闸的时间定值相配合。
 When bus-bar’s voltage lower than a constant value,
also lasting period longer than a constant value, BZT
shall start to work. BZT time constant value shall
match the relative protection device and switch
constant value.
 备用电源的电压应工作于正常范围，或备用设备处于正常的准
备状态，备自投装置方可动作，否则应予以闭锁。
 Standby power voltage shall meet the normal voltage
requirement, or standby device stay in a normal
status, BZT will in use, otherwise shall in shut down
status.

 必须在断开工作电源的断路器之后，备自投装置方可动作。
 BZT shall only in use after switch off the service power.
 工作电源消失后，不管其进线断路器是否已被断开，备自投装置
在起动延时到了以后总是先跳该断路器，确认断路器在跳位后，
方能合备用电源的断路器。按照上述逻辑动作，可以避免工作电
源在别处被断开，备自投动作后合于故障或备用电源倒送电的情
况发生。
 When losing the service power, no matter the inlet
wire breaker out or not, BZT device breaker always
turns off firstly, make the breaker position, then start
the BZT. According the above operation, could avoid
the service power cut at other place, BZT in power
transmission

 人工切除工作电源时，备自投装置不应动作
 The service cut by manually, the BZT shall
not under operating.
 装置引入进线断路器的手跳信号作为闭锁量，一旦
采到手跳信号立即使备自投放电，实现闭锁。
 The inlet wire breaker hand tripping seems
as interlock measurement, once under hand
tripping signal, the BZT shall under
operating, achieve interlock.
 避免备用电源合于永久性故障

 备自投装置只允许动作一次
 BZT device only operation by 1 time.
 该装置由软件通过逻辑判断实现备自投充放电。当备自投充电
条件满足时，经 10 秒充电时间后，进入充电完毕状态。当放
电条件满足，有闭锁信号或退出备自投时立即放电。
 This device will be operated by software under logical
system to supply the power. When the BZT meet
charging demand, after 10 seconds charged then
enter to the charging finish status. When the BZT
meet the supply power demand, has interlock signal
or quit BZT, then power supplied.
