• Students will present a strategic analysis of one of the above organizations using secondary sources of information only. The strategic analysis should
be presented and structured in a professional style using an appropriate referencing. It should include the following sections;
• Within the above sections, students are expected to use appropriate models, tools and frameworks.
• Support and feedback for the presentation will be provided during every seminar, as students will be implementing the models for the
companies they will do the strategic plan presentation.
• Support for the recording of the presentations can be provided, if needed, from the tech support services (more information to follow).
Learning Outcomes and Employability Skills
Assessment 1
1. Learning Outcomes: Explain and critically evaluate the key propositions underlying strategic
management theory and practice in national and international contexts.
• The exam will be a mixture of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and of narrative development
questions.
• Students will have to answer all the MCQs. No negative marking formula will apply.
• Then students will have to choose and answer one of the two available questions, using a
narrative development style.
