Reminders before using the e-SAT file

• The e-SAT for SY 2020-2021 works best in MS

Office 2010 or newer. This shall be used during
Phase I of RPMS 2020-2021.

• Each teacher shall have one e-SAT Collection file.

• Don’t type in fields with dropdown button.

Collecting the Individual e-SAT Files
1. Collect accomplished e-SAT files of all
teachers.

• Check if filenames are distinct so that no

file can be overwritten.
• Open each file and check if it shows the
Survey Completed page.
• Ensure 100% submission.
