继电保护的作用
• 电力系统包括发电、变电、送电、配电、用电五
大部分。分布广，联系紧密，瞬息万变。为保证
系统的安全发供电，提高电能的质量，获得最大
经济效益，电力系统安装了各种先进的继电保护
和自动装置。其作用就是防止电力系统事故的发
生和发展，限制事故的影响范围。 The role of

继电保护装置的作用

1 ）自动、迅速、有选择地向断路器发出跳闸命令，将
故障元件从电力系统中切除，保证其他无故障部分
迅速地恢复正常运行。
2 ）反应电气元件的不正常运行状态，发出信号，或进
行自动调整甚至跳闸。此项作用一般允许带一定的
延时动作。
继电保护是电力系统的重要组成部分，是保证系统
安全、可靠运行的主要措施之一。在电网结构合理的
前提下，保证电力系统和设备的安全运行。虽然电力
系统出现故障的几率较低，但继电保护必须时时刻刻
护卫着电力系统。

将受短路影响的停电范围限定在最小区域。

继电保护的基本要求
• ① 选择性。选择性是指电力系统发生故障时，保
护装置动作时，仅将故障元件从电力系统中切除
，使停电范围尽量缩小，以保证电力系统中的无
故障部分仍能继续运行。
• ② 速动性。快速地切除故障可以提高电力系统
运行的稳定性，减少用户在电压降低情况下的工
作时间、限制故障元件的损坏程度，缩小故障的
影响范围以及提高自动重合闸备用电源自动投入
装置的动作成功率等。因此，在发生故障时，应
力求保护装置能迅速动作切除故障。

• ③ 灵敏性。灵敏性是指保护装置对其保护区
内发生故障或不正常运行状态的反应能力。
• ④ 可靠性。可靠性是指在规定的保护区内发
生故障时，它不应该拒绝动作，而在正常运
行或保护区外发生故障时，则不应该误动作。

• 上述四点基本要求是互相联系而又互相矛盾
的。

K1 发生短路时，应当由保护 1 和 2 快速地动作，去控制断路器跳闸，将故
障切除，保证其它电气设备的继续运行和供电（停电范围最小）。其它任何地
方的保护动作，均属于误动。

在 K1 短路后，如果保护 2 或断路器 2 拒动，则保护 4 和 6 的动作属于正

确动作（起到后备作用）。

• 实际上，每一电气元件一般都有两种继电保护装置，主
保护和后备保护。必要时还另外增加辅助保护。反映整
个被保护元件上的故障并能以最短的延时有选择性地切
除故障的保护称为主保护 。主保护或其断路器拒绝动作
时，用来切除故障的保护称为后备保护。为补充主保护
和后备保护的不足而增设的比较简单的保护称为辅助保
