FIVE STAR HOTEL
Five star hotels, the world over, are meeting-places forth rich and powerful-place
which reverberate with business and politics. The hotel industry has its roots in the
past in almost over country of the world. Examples of types of hotels are convention
hotels, business hotels, etc. India tourism development start rating from one star to
seven stars. Hotel provides a service to the customer whose requirements are clean,
suite and comfortable stays. The emphasis lies on good food and good services. Hotels
range in different sides depending on the in the tourism of the country.
 The beautiful and exotic locations are new accessible for the entire tourists coming to
the country. restaurants and coffee shops have always been the attraction of 5 star
hotels. To cater the growing trend of pre-dinner & Drink's and dances, bars and disco
and have also been incorporated into the fabric of “five star.
 
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

• The Aim Of The Study Is To Explore And Evolve The Most Appropriate Strategy
Towards Application Of Green Building Principles In A Hotel Design.
• To examine various principles and techniques associated with green building
practices.
• To discover ways green building principles could help to improve the health,
wellbeing and productivity of hotel users.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT


• There is no five star hotel on the NH-27
• There is a Ekana International Cricket Stadium 2KM away from the site.
• There is a Under Construction Emporio Mall.
• There is a felix squar shopping mall 100M.away from the site.
• There is Police Bhawan, around 1.5 KM away from the site.
• There is lot of scope for the hotel because lucknow is a city of heritage and tourist
place.
• There is a Janeshwar Mishra Park aroun 5.0 KM away from the site.
LUCKNOW:
Lucknow is the capital and largest city
of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh and
is also the administrative headquarters
of the eponymous District and Division.
It is the eleventh most populous city
 and 
the twelfth most populous urban agglo
meration
 of India. Lucknow has always been
known as a multicultural city that
flourished as a North Indian cultural
and artistic hub , and the seat of power
of Nawabs in the 18th and 19th
centuries.It continues to be an important
centre of governance, administration,
education, commerce, aerospace,
finance, pharmaceuticals, technology,
design, culture, tourism, music and
poetry.
The city stands at an elevation of approximately 123
metres (404 ft) above sea level. Lucknow district
 covers an area of 2,528 square kilometres
(976 sq mi). Bounded on the east by Barabanki, on
the west by Unnao, on the south by Raebareli and in
the north by Sitapur and Hardoi, Lucknow sits on the
northwestern shore of the Gomti River. Hindi is the
main language of the city and Urdu is also widely
spoken. Lucknow is the centre of Shia Islam in India
with the highest Shia Muslim population in India.
Historically, Lucknow was the capital of the Awadh
 region, controlled by the Delhi Sultanate and later
the Mughal Empire. It was transferred to the Nawabs
of Awadh. In 1856, the British East India Company
 abolished local rule and took complete control of the
city along with the rest of Awadh and, in 1857,
transferred it to the British Raj. Along with the rest of
India, Lucknow became independent from Britain on 
15 August 1947. It has been listed as the 17th fastest
growing city in India and 74th in the world.
Lucknow, along with Agra and Varanasi, is in the 
Uttar Pradesh Heritage Arc, a chain of survey
triangulations created by the 
Government of Uttar Pradesh to boost tourism in the
state.

INTERNATIONAL WAR MUSEUM


India Has A Rich Military Heritage. The Gallantry Of Indian Soldiers Is Recognised World
Over. Since Independence, The Indian Armed Forces Have Fought Four Major Wars To
Defend National Borders And Uphold Our National Interests. The Armed Forces Have Also
Won Laurels And Glory While Operating In UN Mandated Peace Missions, Combating
Terror And Insurgency And During Conduct Of Humanitarian Assistance And Disaster
Relief Operations.
A National War Museum Has Been Planned In New Delhi As A Tribute To Indian Soldiers
And To Showcase The Nation’s Military Culture, Customs, Traditions And History. The
Museum Is Envisaged To Be World Class, State Of The Art Building Which Will Be A
‘Must Visit’ Landmark For Those Visiting New Delhi. Towards This End, A Global
Architecture And Design Competition Will Be Held Under The Aegis Of The Ministry Of
Defence, Herein After Called The Promoter, To Select The Architect For Designing The
Museum Building And Implementing The National War Museum
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The National War Museum will portray famous battles, eulogise military martyrs,
heroes and leaders and chronicle the course of Indian military history. The institution
will collect, interpret, preserve and display military artefacts, and relics of historical
value. The components of the Indian Armed Forces and their campaigns, victories,
memories, equipment, et al will be eternalised for perpetuating the memory of the
Services, which will be a source of inspiration for future generations.
• Portray military campaigns, heroic deeds and victories through a multi sensory
display so as to reinforce citizens’ faith and pride in the Armed Forces.
• Exhibit relics and records of historical significance and military interest,
chronicling ascendency of Armed Forces from ancient times.
• Display items of military interest and historical value including development of
arms, equipment and their role in the Indian history.
• Profile human experience of war and chronicle military events which shaped
development of our country and national character.
• Enhance awareness of the glorious military heritage of India to instil and motivate
citizens to greater devotion and duty to the country.
• Inform about the challenges under which Armed Forces operate to enhance
comprehension and understanding of the Armed Forces.
• Act as Military’s premier educational research and archive centre with multimedia
libraries, seminar and exhibition facilities.
• Establish itself as an outstanding landmark in the National Capital Region for
Indian and foreign visitors.

MODERN BUS STATION& COMMERCIAL COMPLEX


A bus station is the point where a bus route starts or ends, where vehicles stop, turn or
reverse, and wait before departing on their return journeys. It’s also where passengers
board and alight from vehicles. It also often provides a convenient point where
services can be controlled from.
• The success of public transport is largely depend on it’s supportive infrastructure
such as terminal, depots, etc.
• To understand the effects of infrastructure on bus operations and services, this
study focus on terminal infrastructure
• Terminal is a place where routes begin or end or both
• There are logically located at point where many routes converge and/or diverge.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

• To promote and enhance prospects of Modern Bus station.


• To provide for all citizens a variety of enjoyable shopping opportunities.
• To add up such ancillary facilities so as to earn more and more revenue
therefore making commercial complex and more employment feasibility.
• To identify the existing bus route network in the study area.
• To determine the infrastructure gaps in the network
• using planning tool such as GIS (Geographic Information System)
• To estimates the impact of a proposed terminal on bus operations.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

• There is no commercial complex for the people and no enjoyable


opportunities.
• Improve The city Revenue and improve the route and connectivity and
function.
• Provide proper facility to the passenger.
