Purpose:
The government shall pursue an
intensive and unrelenting
campaign against the trafficking
and use of dangerous drugs and
other similar substances
through an integrated system of
planning, implementation and
enforcement of anti-drug abuse
policies, programs, and projects.

Section 15 Use of Dangerous Drugs
Penalty:

• First Offense:
a minimum of six (6) months
rehabilitation in a government center
Second Offense

• Imprisonment:

imprisonment ranging from six (6) years and


one (1) day to twelve (12) years; and

• Fine:
fine ranging from Fifty thousand pesos
(P50,000.00) to Two hundred thousand pesos
(P200,000.00)

session with his friends Hetty and Twirlie.
During sessions Twirlie would not participate
in using drugs but would persuade other
friends to buy illegal drugs from her. One day
a drug operation was conducted, and the
three personalities were apprehended by the
team of Inspector Cardo Dalisay.

the curfew hours of Milky way City. During
their apprehension a drug paraphernalia was
found inside the bag of Mcdo which
prompted the Team of Cardo to test Mcdo and
Weegools. Mcdo yielded a negative result
while Weegools Yielded a positive result for
Methamphetamine.
