The environment is our basic life support system

and is composed of living beings, physical
surroundings, and climatic conditions. The
environment provides us the basic elements - air,
water, food, and land which are essential for life
to flourish on the Earth.

a lot of places like, the
sun, water, air, and
vaporised water.
 WIND FARM

A wind farm or wind park, also called a

wind power station or wind power
plant, is a group of wind turbines in the
same location used to produce
electricity. Wind farms vary in size from
a small number of turbines to several
hundred wind turbines covering an
extensive area. Wind farms can be
either onshore or offshore.
 THE POSITIVE AND THE NEGATIVE

POSITIVES
1. A renewable and sustainable
energy source.
2. Wind power as green energy.
3. Low amount of waste related to
wind power.
4. Crop farmers could switch to
wind energy production.
NEGATIVES
1. Wind power is weather dependant.
2. Noise pollution.
3. Birds may be killed by wind
turbines.
4. Not suitable for some geographic
regions.
 CONCLUSION

In conclusion, wind farms is something good

for the environment and it is going to be one of
the important energy source in the next few
years, but we can’t depend on it that much and
we should search for more environment
friendly energy sources.
