INTRODUCTION

The environment is our basic life support system


and is composed of living beings, physical
surroundings, and climatic conditions. The
environment provides us the basic elements - air,
water, food, and land which are essential for life
to flourish on the Earth.

electricity. Wind farms vary in size from
a small number of turbines to several
hundred wind turbines covering an
extensive area. Wind farms can be
either onshore or offshore.
